Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and employee records.
Prepare letters, memos, reports, and basic HR documents.
Coordinate with staff for schedules, inquiries, and HR updates.
Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office operations.
Assist in arranging meetings, interviews, and internal communication.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Requirements:
Male candidate (as per job requirement).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of experience in admin/HR roles (UAE experience preferred).
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
