About The Company
Intergrande Building Contracting was established in 2021 with the vision of becoming the premier construction service provider in the United Arab Emirates. Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa's and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.
About The Job
Supervise and coordinate masonry crews on construction sites Interpret blueprints and project plans to guide masonry work Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards Allocate materials, tools, and labor efficiently Train and mentor junior masons and laborers Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders Inspect completed work for compliance with specifications Maintain accurate records of materials and labor used Enforce safety regulations and company policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
