About the Project
Docol Investments FZCO, a key division of Docol Group, is spearheading the construction of a luxury 5-star hotel and mall complex (100,000m) in Mogadishu. This prestigious project, designed to UAE's 5-star classification, will revolutionize the region's hospitality and retail industry. Located near the AMISOM Green Zone, it provides a secure and well-managed work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
? Supervise and coordinate all masonry operations on-site.
? Lead and train a team of masons and laborers.
? Ensure work is performed according to plans and specifications.
? Ensure the safe use of all masonry tools and equipment.
? Maintain quality control, ensuring masonry meets international standards.
? Coordinate with engineers and other trades to ensure timely completion.
? Report progress and issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in masonry work, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role. Proven experience in large-scale construction projects, especially in luxury building projects. Previous experience working in Africa is a plus.
?Certifications:

Relevant Masonry Certification or trade qualification (Mandatory). Health & Safety Certification (NEBOSH) (Preferred). Supervisory or leadership training is a plus.
