MASON FOREMAN
Location:
Mogadishu, Somalia secure zone
Project type:
5-star hotel + convention hall construction in Mogadishu, Somalia.
Project duration:
2 years
Key Responsibilities:
? Supervise masonry teams performing block, brick, and stone works
? Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
? Allocate tasks and monitor productivity and quality
? Ensure alignment, finishing, and workmanship standards are met
?Enforce HSE and PPE compliance on site
?Coordinate with civil foremen, engineers, and supervisorsMaintain daily progress reports and workforce records
Experience:
Proven experience as a Mason Foreman or Senior Mason Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials Ability to manage and motivate site teams Ability to read construction drawingsStrong leadership and organizational skills Must communicate clearly in English
