Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Mason Foreman

to supervise and manage masonry works at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in heavy civil or marine construction projects and the ability to lead a team efficiently to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all masonry works including blockwork, brickwork, and stonework. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower, materials, and tools efficiently. Inspect masonry work for accuracy, alignment, and finishing before handover. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for progress updates and work requirements. Maintain records of labor attendance, work progress, and material usage. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-4 years of UAE experience

in masonry works or civil construction projects, preferably marine or infrastructure works. Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valid UAE driving license

will be an advantage.

Education:

Diploma, technical certification, or relevant experience in Civil Engineering or construction trade preferred.

Pay: AED2,250.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
