Position: Mason Foreman
Level:
Typicallysenior/junior foreman
depending on years of experience (not entry-level; requires hands-on expertise + team leadership).Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily masonry activities at the site. Allocate work to masons, helpers, and other site staff. Ensure quality of blockwork, plastering, brickwork, tiling, and stonework. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work orders. Monitor productivity, materials usage, and minimize wastage. Enforce safety rules and ensure workers wear PPE. Report progress and issues to the Site Engineer/Construction Manager. Train new workers and check workmanship standards.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in masonry, with at least 2-3 years in a foreman/supervisory role. Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and finishing standards. Ability to read construction drawings. Good communication and leadership skills. Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: QAR3,150.00 per month
