Your mission

Looking for an exciting, hands-on internship that gives you full business exposure and the opportunity to grow a new start-up into a successful market-changing business?

• You lead projects which directly have an impact on Helpling\xe2\x80\x99s growth strategy
• You will be responsible for support marketing initiatives and leading your own marketing projects
• You will implement results-driven initiatives in order to grow the business
• You will be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• You will build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
• You use business intelligence tools to identify conversion rates, customer acquisition costs etc.
• You support management with important strategic analysis and recommendations based on reports
• You assist in marketing channel budget allocation, short term and long term

Your profile

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and study at a top university and have already gained first work experience for example in startups, marketing, consulting or banking.
• You are keen on working in a fast-moving/high-performance environment
• You have an analytical and structured way of working, logical thinking skills and you are able to obtain fast solutions while working independently
• You have a proven track record of getting things done: you have a hands-on mentality and can prioritize your tasks effectively
• You have an interest in marketing and ideally familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
• You are a highly energetic, self-motivated and results-driven person
• Fluent in English
• You have a sense of humour
