JOB TITLE: MARKETING SUPPORT SERVICES EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support in the running and governance of our global events programme by coordinating activities related to each event.
  • Assist the Marketing Support Services Manager to communicate, administer and evaluate team processes.
  • To interface with regional and digital teams to ensure data is compliant with the GDPR legislation and can be shared effectively for on and offline marketing purposes.
  • Support an ongoing process and supporting templates for gathering and assessing client feedback.
  • To manage centralized calendars for exhibitions and events, ensuring inputs are received from the regions and circulate for visibility and access.
  • To administer a standardized and modular process for exhibition management, including a regional delivery toolkit.
  • Support in the set up and management of our exhibition stands, attending shows where required.
  • Ensure policy and procedure for client hospitality and engagement which is in line with Group policy and supports BD objectives, is adhered to.
  • Support the purchase and distribution of corporate branded gifts, with regional tailoring.
  • Track and monitor budget spend and manage purchasing process for regional team.
  • Work with regional teams and business units to support in the delivery of various marketing activities.
  • Effectively manage the interfaces with regional teams to support effective collaboration.
  • Support Marketing Support Services Manager in delivery of functional events, business updates and activities.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Strong event management experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of existing marketing channels.
  • Experience of purchasing and implementing effective cost control process.
  • Experience of supporting business development activities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Petrofac’s business would be advantageous.
  • Well-connected in-country, with ability to build connections.
  • Pragmatic and solutions orientated.
  • Highly organized and logical.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work unassisted and proactively.
  • Stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Microsoft Office competence and ability to learn new systems as required.
  • Displays sound judgement and is outcomes focused.
  • Ability to manage busy workload and prioritize.
  • Extensive event management experience.
  • Proven track record for managing and implementing marketing activities.
  • People management experience with ability to engage at all levels.
  • Administration experience.
