We are seeking experienced Marketing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and product display, bringing creativity and strategic thinking to our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead marketing initiatives, focusing on retail and product display strategies.
Develop and implement effective product display layouts to enhance customer experience and sales.
Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, specifically with a focus on retail and product display.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
