Job Description

Primary objective of this position:
The Marketing Assistant is a key position reporting to the Marketing Manager. The role is responsible to execute and manage marketing related activities of Yale Middle East. The objective of the position is to enhance the scope and reach of the marketing function at Yale Middle East support the growth of the brand in the region in terms of both sales and brand awareness. The position will have execution responsibilities care at both ATL and BTL levels. The focus of the position will be for the countries and region as covered by the Yale Middle East office.
The successful candidate will be viewed as a key contributor to the growth of the business and the brand overall in the region.

Main Duties & Accountabilities:
  • Curate, post and manage content on all social media channels of Yale Middle East basis on the strategy and plan agreed with the Marketing Manager.
  • Research and come up with ideas to enhance customer engagement to grow the follower base across all channels.
  • Initiate, research, and implement strategies for google ads campaigns inhouse.
  • Manage and track SEO activities by the agency with target to improve all related measures and ratios.
  • Keep updated the website with all the latest material and content including but not limited to Blogs, new product additions, new landing pages etc.
  • Update, support and maintain the e-commerce product content including but not limited to product information, images, videos, A+ content etc.
  • Work with in-house or with external agency to localise content basis on requirements of digital or print marketing.
  • Deploy successfully marketing and advertising campaigns from ideation to execution on e-commerce platforms.
  • Track and report monthly performance of all digital activities.
  • Ensure full Implementation of Brand guidelines across the channels including but not limited to website, social media, and print communications.
  • Coordinate and follow up with vendors for various marketing requirements.
  • Implement POS material and designs, keep track of merchandizing at the store levels.
  • Support the rollout of new products with activities including but not limited to website update, circulation of marketing material, social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse and report data from marketing campaigns and initiatives and approach future campaigns with data backed analysis ROI based approach.
  • Close cooperation with multi-functional teams, including product management, business development and marketing of Yale EMEIA division.
  • Make schedules and plan calendars for all marketing activities.
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department\xe2\x80\x99s activities.
  • Develop and maintain database for marketing circulars and announcements including but not limited to emailers and newsletters.
  • Update on and track marketing related activities on the regional CRM software.
  • Maintain the in house brand showroom in original form and design to always reflect the high brand positioning.
Education / Qualifications:
Essential
\xef\x82\xa7 Graduate in Marketing Management, Sales or equivalent
\xef\x82\xa7 Work experience in the field of Marketing is required.
\xef\x82\xa7 5-7 years sales experience handling external marketing activities.
\xef\x82\xa7 Computer skills, including MS Office is must, Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
\xef\x82\xa7 Well versed with Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.
\xef\x82\xa7 Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
\xef\x82\xa7 Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Arabic would be an advantage.
\xef\x82\xa7 Well-organized with attention to detail and Target orientation
\xef\x82\xa7 Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task.
\xef\x82\xa7 Exceptional communication and writing skills.
\xef\x82\xa7 Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
\xef\x82\xa7 Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
\xef\x82\xa7 Excellent analytical skills
\xef\x82\xa7 Have a clear interest/ affinity for FMCG type environment.
\xef\x82\xa7 Curious, open-minded and a fast learner
Desirable
\xef\x82\xa7 International outlook with exposure to working across several markets
\xef\x82\xa7 Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, AEM or similar CMS desired
\xef\x82\xa7 Experience of working in and implementing marketing activities in Modern Trade
\xef\x82\xa7 Hands on experience of content management and product promotions on 3rd party
