AQARCO REAL ESTATE BROKER L.L.C is on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist-Lead Generation to enhance our online presence and drive quality leads to our team. This role involves strategic thinking, innovative ideas, and the ability to measure and analyze digital marketing campaigns effectively.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead-generation strategies across digital platforms
? Manage targeted campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
? Create engaging content and marketing assets to attract potential buyers/investors
? Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates
? Track campaign performance, analyze data, and report results
? Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and handover efficiency
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in lead generation & digital marketing
Knowledge of real estate marketing is mandatory
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social ads & email automation
Creativity, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
