Job Description
AQARCO REAL ESTATE BROKER L.L.C is on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist-Lead Generation to enhance our online presence and drive quality leads to our team. This role involves strategic thinking, innovative ideas, and the ability to measure and analyze digital marketing campaigns effectively.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that foster lead generation across various online platforms. Utilize SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media tactics to attract prospective clients and bolster our brand's visibility. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytical tools and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Produce engaging content for multiple marketing channels, including websites, blogs, and social media platforms. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with lead conversion goals. Research industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth. Manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives and report on overall campaign expenses.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in lead generation strategies and tools. Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on delivering impactful content. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects effectively. * Familiarity with real estate marketing practices is a plus.
