We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful
Marketing & Sales Coordinator
to support our marketing efforts and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with a proactive mindset, capable of seamlessly coordinating between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide prompt, client-focused support.
Coordinate with suppliers and the operations team to ensure on-time project completion.
Prepare accurate and professional quotations for client inquiries.
Conduct information inquiries with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Manage social media content, digital marketing, and brand awareness initiatives.
Support the sales team in managing leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
Maintain client databases and generate detailed sales reports for management.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred (on dependent/ Own visa).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
Prior experience in marketing, sales coordination, or customer service is an advantage.
Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
