Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years' experience in the hotel industry, preferably within a 5-star property.
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders, colleagues, guests, and external partners.
Proficiency in a variety of computer software and digital tools.
Highly creative, with proven experience in identifying target audiences and designing digital and PR campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire action.
Strong understanding of website performance metrics and marketing analytics tools.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening abilities.
