Responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

• Create engaging content for press releases, articles, and social media platforms to effectively communicate our brand message.
• Manage media relations by building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand positioning and outreach.
• Assist in crisis communication and reputation management efforts as needed.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of PR and marketing initiatives, making recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance PR and marketing efforts.

Preferred Candidate: * A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in public relations and marketing, preferably within the recruitment or agency sector.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
