Position: Marketing & Operations Intern

Location: Dubai, UAE

Duration: 6 months- 1 year (with potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing Teeser's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Support marketing campaigns and content creation (photoshoots, reels, blog posts)

Coordinate with the design team for custom apparel orders

Help with order processing, inventory tracking, and customer service

Engage in online social media and influencer-related work

Influencer-Related Responsibilities:

Research and identify relevant micro and macro influencers aligned with Teeser's brand values and aesthetic

Draft and send outreach emails/messages to potential influencer collaborators

Coordinate product gifting campaigns and track influencer engagement

Maintain an influencer database with key metrics (followers, engagement rate, past collaborations, etc.)

Monitor and report on the performance of influencer posts (reach, likes, comments, story views, etc.)

Brainstorm creative campaign ideas involving influencers (e.g., "styled by Teeser," seasonal lookbooks, giveaways)

Assist in negotiating collaborations and managing timelines/deliverables

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field

Passion for fashion, social media, and influencer marketing

Familiarity with influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and current trends

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) are a plus
