About the Job

We are hiring a

Marketing and Operations Automation Specialist

to build and run the internal tools, automations, and digital assets that power one of

Driven Properties' sister companies

.


You'll own everything from

data pipelines and performance dashboards

to

AI-driven agents, automated workflows, and low-code/no-code websites

--creating a smarter, faster, self-improving growth engine.


This is a

builder-operator role

for someone who can turn complex processes into seamless, automated systems and wants to directly shape the future of real estate brokerage.

What You'll Do

Data & Insights

Design data pipelines integrating CRM, marketing channels, listing platforms, and custom sources. Automate analytics and dashboards surfacing real-time performance insights. Build unified databases that feed into AI agents and decision engines.

AI Agents & Autonomy

Deploy and fine-tune multi-agent AI systems across marketing, operations, and client services. Build conversational/action-oriented agents (e.g., a Listing Launch Agent that books photographers, drafts descriptions, and triggers campaigns). Integrate LLMs, image-generation, and RAG for dynamic property intelligence and client-ready outputs.

Operations & Marketing Automation

Automate the entire property lifecycle--from lead capture to close--powered by smart triggers and AI reasoning. Build multi-channel lead nurturing flows across WhatsApp, email, and social. Streamline marketing attribution so growth reporting is always accurate and actionable.

Websites & Landing Pages

Use low-code/no-code tools to launch sites quickly, run experiments, and pipe real-time data into listings. Integrate AI-powered search, chat, and recommendations to make every page an intelligent sales asset.

Product Experiments

Rapidly prototype new AI-powered marketing tools and client experiences. Capture "voice of the customer" signals and surface insights for agents.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Partner with marketing, operations, and leadership to spot bottlenecks and design scalable, automated solutions. Document and share playbooks so systems can be replicated across brokerages.

Requirements

Low-Code/No-Code & Web Expertise

Proficiency with Make, Zapier, n8n, Retool, Bubble, Webflow, Glide, Airtable/Notion, and similar tools.

AI & Scripting Skills

Strong experience with LLM scripting, multi-agent frameworks, image-generation APIs, and AI tooling. Ability to write lightweight Python or JavaScript scripts when needed.

Data Fluency

Solid SQL/database skills and API/webhook knowledge to integrate and automate data at scale.

Builder Mentality

Proven track record of prototyping and shipping internal tools, websites, and automations. Strong product and UX sense with the ability to translate business goals into elegant workflows.
