About the Role

We are looking for an

enthusiastic and driven Marketing & Operations Assistant

to support the day-to-day activities of our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a

young graduate

You'll work closely with the

Marketing and Operations Manager

, assisting with follow-ups, coordination, campaign support, and administrative tasks that ensure our global operations and branding run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of marketing campaigns and operational initiatives Coordinate internal follow-ups and maintain communication logs Assist with scheduling, reporting, and internal documentation Help manage supplier and partner interactions under supervision Prepare materials and reports for meetings and presentations Conduct market research and assist with event or campaign planning Ensure consistency in brand presentation across platforms Work on ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Marketing & Operations Manager

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management or a related field

Strong

organizational and multitasking abilities

Proactive,

self-driven

, and eager to learn Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

in English Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with

Canva, social media platforms

, or CRM tools is a plus Interest in the

luxury, design, or maritime industry

is an advantage Ability to work independently and take

initiative

in a fast-paced environment
