Job Description
- Responsible for various market development and collecting project information sources.
- Organizing and carrying out key project tracking, developing various market development strategies and implementation plans, and organizing implementation.
- Responsible for market, customer, and owner development, establish a company customer list, and conduct dynamic management.
- Organizing pre-qualification for bidding, submitting pre-qualification materials, purchasing tender documents, tracking bidding steps, and complete project contract signing.
- Responsible for collecting bid opening information and regional market quotation information.
- Responsible for organizing the company\'s annual marketing and key work plan and organizing implementation.
- Responsible for establishing a bidding database, strengthening pre-bidding analysis, bidding planning, and post-bidding summary.
- Responsible for expanding and maintaining customer relationships, building public relations, and integrating social resources to meet project construction needs.
- Assisting the director in team training, system construction, and standard formulation.
- Master\'s degree with at least 4 years of work experience, or Bachelor\'s degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
- Candidates should have more than two full-cycle project experiences in large-scale projects, or have served as the primary person in charge for significant reform initiatives, major research projects, or important work plans in the relevant field.
- Candidates with excellent writing and data analysis skills will be given priority under equal conditions.
