What our marketer should be able to do:
- Find the right numbers in the analytics system, correctly interpret and take measures to improve advertising campaigns;
- Monitor the health of the site and feedback forms;
- Control and coordinate the work of contractors: SEO, context, writing selling and informational texts;
- Control and organize online and offline events (both with the help of contractors and independently);
- Maintain a tg-channel, promptly make changes to the proposed text from the content manager;
- Compile and maintain a grid of publications on the site and in social networks (we have a lot of them);
- Conduct a / b-testing for a user audience as part of advertising campaigns;
- Constant collection of feedback from the sales department;
- Collect email campaigns and analyze their effectiveness;
- An eye for details and a good sense of taste (behance, pexels, pinterest don\'t scare you);
- Competently express your thoughts both in writing and orally (in Russian and English).
- Knowledge (or the ability to quickly find and apply) various online content creation tools;
- Basic knowledge of HTML;
- Proactive attitude, customer-love and desire to help;
- Critical thinking and the ability to evaluate your work from the outside.
