We are currently recruiting a Sales Manager (Russian speaking) to join our company as we grow into the next phase of the business. This person must be experienced enough to deeply understand the client, the company, and our mission and then translate that into tangible sales results.Key Responsibilities:Will be responsible for promoting our services and managing the day-to-day relationship with both new and existing clients.Will also be responsible for actively contributing to driving the company's sales targets by contacting and converting leads, and developing effective marketing and promotional strategies.Proactively finding opportunities for business growth by securing the development of the existing portfolio, while simultaneously acquiring new accounts.Takes a proactive approach to sales, anticipating potential opportunities and developing new opportunities.Conducts an appropriate number of proactive sales activities (incl. but not limited to telesales, appointments, site inspections, trade shows).Focuses on producing results in alignment with the strategic goals of the Company.Ensures all customer data is collated and summarized in a usable format.Maintains and grows positive customer relationships.Qualifications:3 years of previous experience in a sales role;Fluent in English and Russian;Leadership capabilities displaying integrity, respect, and creativity;Be well-spoken and an enthusiastic speaker;Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills;Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills;The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.Vice Keeper company offers great career progression opportunities based on the results generated.
