Job Description

Our client, a leading Apparel and Fashion group is looking for a highly experienced & professional Marketing Manager for their Dubai operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a profitable Marketing plan for all the in-house brands.
• Enhance the brands' digital presence and create engagement with the online community.
• Ensure social media content is impactful and relevant.
• Liaise with content creators, marketing executives and third-party contacts to meet deadlines.
• Manage online reviews and comments by developing FAQs and customized responses.
• Prepare marketing budgets and deliver expected ROI.
• Stay up to date with competitors' marketing strategies and stay ahead of the race.
• Maintain brand guidelines and update brand guidelines for specific brands.
• Optimize brands' websites and maintain updated content by liaising with web designers.
• Maintain relations with local influencers and PR company for private collaborations and large brand collaborations.

Minimum Competency Required to hold the position

• Academic Qualification: Minimum degree in business administration or marketing
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail (Clothing)- Industry.

Skills (required)

• Must be be an excellent communicator (written and oral) with clients from all levels.
• A problem solver, able to think quickly and work to tight timelines when required.
• Lead the marketing journey for our brands with a sense of ownership
• Always ensure a high-level overall perception of the brands
• Manage third party contracts efficiently in the interest of the brands
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to relate to staff of all levels.
• Good level of English language skills (written and Oral).
• Possess basic skills in Microsoft office and excel sheets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to AED20,000.00 per month Experience:
