Marketing Manager - Dubai Real Estate (Global Strategy)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated

Marketing Manager

with experience in the Dubai property market to support and implement our international marketing strategy across Europe, GCC, and Asia.

The ideal candidate has experience in real estate marketing, performance-driven campaigns, multi-market acquisition, and is ready to grow into a managerial role. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to building a high-performing marketing function.

IQUOR is an international real estate company based in Dubai, specializing in off-plan and ready property investments for global clients. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a professional to help shape and grow our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of global marketing strategy across multiple regions. Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns: Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok. Help oversee performance marketing, content strategy, social media, funnels, and marketing automation. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize campaigns. Track and optimize KPIs, including lead quality, acquisition cost efficiency, and ROI. Contribute to lead generation for international investors. Support brand positioning and corporate communication initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate marketing. Experience managing digital campaigns and multi-market funnels. Strong analytical skills and a performance-driven mindset. Ability to collaborate and grow into a managerial role. Fluent English.
