Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive
marketing strategies and campaigns
across digital and offline channels.
Manage and optimize
paid media campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube).
Lead the creation of
high-quality marketing materials
- brochures, videos, social media content, and presentations.
Oversee the company's
digital presence
, ensuring consistent luxury branding and messaging.
Collaborate with
sales, management, and developers
to plan project launches and promotional events.
Manage the marketing
budget, analytics, and performance reporting
.
Supervise the marketing team (designers, content creators, and digital marketers).
Maintain strong relationships with
media, portals, and PR partners
to maximize exposure.
Analyze
market trends and competitors
to identify new marketing opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum
5 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing
in the UAE.
Strong understanding of
Dubai real estate market dynamics and luxury branding
.
Proven experience managing
digital campaigns and lead generation strategies
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media ad platforms.
