Platinum Square is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team.
This role includes driving lead generation, optimizing campaign performance, and supporting sales efforts to achieve project goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Running and optimizing campaigns and implement lead generation campaigns across multiple search and social media platforms, support the sales team with marketing assets that enhance their engagement with potential buyers.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, collaborate with developers to understand project timelines, features, and key selling points effectively translating them into impactful marketing messages.
- Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms, focusing on performance, ROI, and brand tone consistency, in addition to monitoring and planning Lead generation campaigns to ensure strong and effective results
- Create and manage ad budgets, adjusting bidding strategies to maximize lead generation effectiveness while ensuring efficient spending.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, new tools, and algorithm changes to refine marketing strategies continuously and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media advertising).
Experience in real estate or related industry
Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills
Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to marketing strategy.
