Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing and delivering integrated marketing and communications plans to support a portfolio of exhibitions. The role requires developing impactful campaigns, managing marketing collateral, overseeing external agencies, and ensuring all activities align with brand guidelines. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with sales and project teams to enhance event offerings, drive audience engagement, and support sponsorship efforts while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support exhibitions.
Create and oversee production of marketing collateral across regional and international events.
Collaborate with project teams on audience development, research, and value-added event features (e.g., conferences, gala dinners, award ceremonies).
Manage external agencies (design, PR, media, photography, etc.) and negotiate contracts.
Lead onsite marketing activities including press conferences, media centers, and press days.
Oversee database management and establish data procedures for the department.
Ensure all marketing materials meet quality standards and comply with brand identity guidelines.
Manage marketing budgets and financial responsibilities effectively.
Provide leadership to direct and indirect reports, fostering collaboration and performance.
Handle additional tasks and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
