As Nexthink continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for a metrics-driven, agile, and creative marketer to empower Nexthink\xe2\x80\x99s META go-to-market efforts. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to be part of highly impactful and transformational initiatives that enable Nexthink to drive towards its pipeline and revenue growth goals. As part of the revenue marketing department, you will run marketing initiatives across the region that helps position and drive Nexthink as the superior solution in digital employee experience management. Your mission: Partner with key stakeholders in the region to develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that: drive Nexthink\xe2\x80\x99s message to market; foster meaningful engagement with prospect and customer accounts throughout the entire buying cycle\xe2\x80\x93and ultimately accomplish its pipeline coverage and growth goals. Key responsibilities include:
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing department to leverage the full marketing mix and localise activity and assets so they resonate with local markets.
  • Interlock with regional sales leaders to ensure ongoing alignment on priorities, anticipating and adjusting to accommodate changing market conditions, emerging trends and themes, competitive and complementary vendor activity, and shifts in accounts.
  • Foster a strong closed-loop with channel and sales teams to ensure every activity makes the greatest impact it can; attend regular sales deal reviews, pipeline reviews, and regional quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with our ABX team to integrate account-focused initiatives into the marketing mix.
  • Own and manage the regional marketing budget, including proposing requests that align to accomplishing business and territory goals.
  • Forecast, evaluate, measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Drive and champion marketing in the region, with clear, collaborative, and energising internal communication to stakeholders.
  • Drive customer advocacy activity, including building relationships with customers and identifying content opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred, but not required.
  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated results in driving pipeline generation and acceleration.
  • A creative self-starter that, that develops and tests innovative ways to engage and drive action from a target market.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to drive and articulate marketing activity internally and externally.
  • Metrics-driven with the ability to translate complex data from multiple inputs into actionable insights, with experience working with Salesforce, Einstein or equivalent.
  • A keen attention to detail for messaging and branding elements.
  • Strong expertise in working with reseller, distributors, and other channel organisations to achieve a common goal.
  • Familiarity with key industry events across the region.
  • Experience interacting, negotiating, and managing vendor and agency relationships.
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to prioritise.
  • Experience across virtual and in-person events, web and marketing automation, media buying and PR.
