This role is a member of the local market leadership team and will be expected to interface with sales, service and clinical to ensure strong focus in country execution. This role will also support projects across the region with cross functional colleagues.

Strategic Role Responsibilities
  • Partner the MD of the region to tailor marketing for adhanced commercial growth
  • Understanding current and future market and competitive trends
  • Develop localised marketing strategies and plans (consumer & HCP) in collaboration with matrix functions such as sales, clinical and service.
  • Ensure best in class balance between the need to drive consumer demand with HCP lead generation, flexing both key strategies and tactics to effect the maximum return on investment deployed.
  • Lead congress, workshop and customer event strategy, preparation and execution
  • Drive local marketing execution in collaboration with matrix functions such as sales, clinical and service to maximise the brand experience a customer has with Cynosure.
  • Budget responsibility within agreed spending limits.
Operational Role Responsibilities
  • Set up and execution of in country brand experience, tactical plans, new product introductions and communications strategy aligned to country sales objectives
  • Identify and deploy calendarized marketing plan to support the local country sales goal
  • Promotional tool creation: provide commercial organization with core promotional and scientific literature, sales aids, and support materials to help them exceed their sales plan
  • Support the day-to- day responsibilities of marketing execution
  • Ensure good data integrity in all key systems through diligent maintenance
  • Customer support with marketing materials provision (e.g.: brochures, posters, digital assets)
  • Set up key market analysis & reports to support the commercial team
  • Lead marketing qualification of leads before pass-through to sales, coordinate lead metric and reporting in country as applicable
  • Manage creative execution of materials
People & Leadership Responsibilities
  • Be a positive change agent to make Cynosure Marketing a best in class B2B2C organization
  • Manage stakeholder interactions with local sales and clinical teams, as well as a wide range of other functions, including customer and field service.
  • Ensure effective and efficient flow of information between the regional, crosss functional colleagues.
Functional Expertise
  • Experience developing marketing plans to enhance business growth
  • Strong experience managing and executing on field events & congresses, physical and virtual
  • Strong experience in using and deploying marketing technology for customer acquisition, such as salesforce, marketo, pardot
  • Experience managing digital and PR marketing campaigns
  • Experience supporting a sales force through understanding voice of the customer, voice the field and bringing this insight back to drive marketing effectiveness
SOFT SKILLS
  • High level of drive to learn through feedback- action- loops
  • Ability to lead projects independently across countries/cultures
  • Strong analytic abilities, calculating and managing KPIS such as ROI
  • Keeps bigger picture and end goal in mind when making tactical adjustments
  • Experience in managing stakeholders across functions and levels, internal and external
  • Communicates and networks effectively
  • Negotiating terms and contracts
  • Fluent in English & Arabic.

Education
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required
Education and experience combination:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is equivalent to three (3) years of experience
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is equivalent to four (4) years of experience
Specific Area of Study:
  • Additional specialist marketing degree or MBA preferred
Experience

  • 8 to 10 years relevant experience
Specific Related Experience:
  • Experience in variety of marketing aeras:
  • in-house
  • agency
  • strong digital experience and drive
  • B2B as well as B2C experience
