Marketing Manager (for Arabic Restaurant)

Job Description

The person selected for this position will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by developing and executing sales and marketing plans, in-person sales meetings and networking, marketing the entire restaurant chain and functioning as a public relations spokesperson to promote the restaurant chain locally. The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Setting business development and strategy for the restaurant
  • Extensive analysis covering all sales aspects of sales and preparing the marketing plan in line with the brand vision and objectives
  • Setting up overall business strategy-product development, communication strategy, budget, calendar, events calendar, digital media, social media and promotional activities with local media and media agencies
  • Manage and update of restaurant's content on the website
  • Manage an events schedule to maximize yield and ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
  • Attend events, as required, to build relationships with a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
  • Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
Job Type: Full-time Experience:
