Job Description

Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives while ensuring the highest standards in our food and beverage offerings. You will work closely with the management team to create a vibrant brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. You will be the primary point of contact for our PR agency, managing the relationship and all related topics.

What you'll do...

Strategic Marketing & Planning:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for our fold baked goods (e.g., croissants, puff pastries) to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue. Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead. Collaborate with internal teams to align on marketing objectives and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Digital & Social Media Management:

Oversee all social media platforms, ensuring engaging and consistent content that highlights our fold baked goods. Work closely with the content team to create compelling visuals and messaging for posts, stories, and ads. Design and implement targeted digital campaigns to drive interest and sales.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

Track the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze data to assess the return on investment. Use insights to continuously refine and optimize strategies for better results, focusing on increasing sales and customer interactions.

Event Marketing & Public Relations:

Plan and manage marketing events to promote fold baked goods, ensuring they align with brand goals. Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to amplify brand presence and reach a wider audience. Maintain strong relationships with PR agencies and coordinate efforts for effective media coverage.

Operational Support:

Update food and beverage menus regularly to ensure they reflect new offerings and seasonal items. Manage customer inquiries related to baked goods, providing exceptional service and directing them to the reservations team when needed. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless marketing operations.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 03 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the food, hospitality, or bakery industry. Skills: Strong proficiency in social media management, PR, and campaign execution. Expertise in Microsoft Office, Canva, Sprout, and other relevant tools. Passion: A deep interest in the pastry and bakery industry, with a keen eye for the visual and sensory appeal of fold baked goods. Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, and organized. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
