We are looking for a

female Social Media Marketing Manager

to join our marketing agency in Dubai. This is a

full-time

role for someone with

prior experience in social media marketing

, ideally within a

brand or marketing agency in Dubai

.

You'll be the go-to person for several client accounts -- from planning strategy and leading creative direction to managing the content calendar and making sure everything is posted on time. While you'll work closely with a photographer/videographer, you'll be fully responsible for managing the client's social media accounts -- from planning content to writing captions and posting across all platforms.

What You'll Do:

Client Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, understanding their goals and delivering strong results.

Strategy & Planning:

Build and execute content strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Content Oversight:

Collaborate with designers or other freelancers on some tasks. You don't have to do everything yourself, but you'll be the one making sure content is posted, on-brand, and on time.

Social Media Execution:

Publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and ensure consistency.

Influencer Marketing:

Find and liaise with influencers relevant to each client's brand.

Team Coordination:

Manage remote creatives -- assign tasks, provide feedback, and follow up.

Performance Analysis:

Track metrics, optimize campaigns, and prepare monthly reports with insights.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience

in social media marketing (agency or brand side). Based in

Dubai

. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Experience managing a content calendar and working with creatives. Excellent

English

(written and spoken).

Russian language

is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
