Brand Management

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Digital Marketing
Drive online presence through SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Oversee content creation, digital engagement, and performance tracking.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches, and seasonal menus.
Coordinate with creative and media agencies to deliver on-brand messaging.
Customer Engagement & Loyalty
Enhance guest experience through loyalty programs, CRM strategies, and personalized outreach.
Analyze customer data and insights to inform decision-making.
Budget Management
Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively.
Track ROI on campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum
7-10 years of marketing experience
