Job Description
We're partnering with a leading live events organisation to find a confident and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. In this role you will be leading fully integrated marketing campaigns for some of the UAE's most exciting large-scale events.
This role requires someone who can hit the ground running. Strategising, delivering, and optimising campaigns across every channel from digital to PR, media partnerships, and on-ground activations. You'll manage key stakeholders, work closely with internal teams, and guide more junior marketers while reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager.

- Someone who has led 360 marketing campaigns across multiple channels, not just executed them
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and keeps cool under pressure
- A strategic thinker who's also hands-on, analytical, and creative
- Experience in the events or entertainment industry is essential
- Comfortable presenting ideas, managing media, and building internal and external relationships
- Able to use performance metrics to optimise campaigns on the go
- Skilled in working with cross-functional teams: sales, ops, ticketing, creative, etc.
- A natural leader who can coordinate a team while delivering high-quality work at pace
- Own the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns for owned and client-won events
- Drive ticket sales, brand visibility and audience engagement
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, partnerships and more
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to keep campaigns on track
- Oversee media buying, content production, event promotion and stakeholder comms
- Report on campaign performance, with recommendations and data-led insights
- Deliver post-event reports to capture results and learnings
- Support and guide junior team members as required
