Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and strategic Marketing Manager

to lead all marketing efforts for our entertainment and water park operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with deep experience in

attraction-based, family entertainment, or leisure industries

You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, boosting attendance, and ensuring a consistent and engaging guest experience through digital, print, and experiential marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns Manage and grow the brand presence across digital platforms (social media, website, email, SEO/SEM) Coordinate advertising and promotional activities, including seasonal events and partnerships Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, signage, and press releases Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with business goals Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed Manage external agencies and vendors when necessary Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of marketing experience

, preferably in the

entertainment, theme park, or hospitality

industry Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Ability to think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment
