Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

for our

Real Estate Firm

to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about reaching audiences online and driving engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Optimize landing pages and user funnels for maximum conversion. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven analysis. Manage and grow the company's presence on key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, email templates, ad copy, and content assets. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across all digital content. Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms. Monitor website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and make recommendations for improvements. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in Real Estate. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar). Experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategy. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign). Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
