Job Description

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales in the UAE foodstuff market. Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and promotional calendars.

2. Product & Brand Management



Manage branding, packaging, and product positioning according to UAE market standards. Coordinate the launch of new foodstuff products (spices, dry items, frozen, FMCG, etc.). Ensure product compliance with UAE regulations (Dubai Municipality, ESMA, FIRS, etc.).

3. Sales Support & Business Development



Work closely with the sales team to support key accounts such as Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop, and wholesale markets. Develop promotions, offers, and campaigns for retail and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) sectors. Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.

4. Digital & Social Media Marketing



Manage social media content and online advertising for company products. Increase brand presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads. Coordinate with designers and agencies for digital campaigns.

5. Supplier & Customer Coordination



Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retail partners. Ensure timely coordination for promotional displays, product listings, and events. Handle customer feedback and improve product marketability.

6. Promotions, Events & Trade Exhibitions



Organize in-store tastings, sampling activities, and consumer promotions. Participate in trade shows like Gulfood, SIAL Middle East, etc. Plan marketing materials (brochures, banners, POS displays).

7. Pricing & Market Analysis



Study market prices and adjust pricing strategies to stay competitive. Analyze product margins, profitability, and market demand. Monitor competition and suggest improvements for product performance.

8. Reporting & Admin Duties



Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports for management. Oversee marketing budgets, approvals, and cost control. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse for planning campaigns.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
