Responsibilities
Lead a team of buyers and oversee task assignments for influencer marketing, design, and development departments
Handle account management, maintain communication with clients and partners, and participate in offline meetings
Develop strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
Create and test new approaches for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization
Test product-related hypotheses to enhance the sales funnel and improve conversion rates
Manage marketing activities across global markets, not limited to the UAE
Drive initiatives focused on online sales and website performance optimization for luxury goods
Develop marketing strategies tailored to the jewelry and high-end luxury market segments
Requirements
Proven experience in the jewelry and luxury sectors
Demonstrated knowledge of e-commerce, including managing online sales and working with websites
Proficiency in social media campaign management and optimization
Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
Familiarity with sales funnels and conversion rate optimization strategies
Strong project management skills, with experience in cross-departmental collaboration
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of influencer marketing and multi-channel campaigns
