PRIMARY PURPOSE
To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
01.
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
02.
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
03.
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
04.
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
05.
Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms
06.
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
07.
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
08.
Determine and manage the marketing budget
09.
Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.
10.
Report on return on investment and key performance metrics.
11.
Develop pricing strategy.
12.
Create marketing presentations.
13.
Liaise with media and advertising.
14.
Collaborate with the sales function
15.
Monitor industry best practices
16.
Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring "safe systems of work" and "safe conditions" are in place within area of responsibility.
