Marketing Manager – Digital & Brand Strategy (female)

Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with at least 2+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing to plan and execute multi-channel strategies that drive brand growth and lead generation. The role includes managing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, as well as handling Email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing with proper segmentation and tracking. The candidate will be responsible for developing a strong brand identity, planning shoots with the media team, coordinating with agents for marketing content, creating viral content ideas, and guiding designers and creators. Responsibilities also include SEO optimization, improving landing pages, ensuring website updates, managing CRM systems for accurate lead tracking and automation, and collaborating with Sales, IT, Design, and Content teams to align marketing activities. The role requires preparing performance reports, conducting competitor research, optimizing ongoing campaigns, and supporting cross-department initiatives like events and promotions. The ideal candidate is a female (any nationality), age 24+, with strong experience in Meta, Google, and TikTok ads, solid knowledge of SEO and analytics tools, understanding of branding and creative direction, experience with CRM platforms, and excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
