Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies

to attract potential tenants to available properties. Create engaging marketing content (text, images, videos) for various platforms, including social media and websites. Organize and conduct

property tours

with prospective clients, providing comprehensive information about properties. Handle client inquiries and offer tailored solutions to their needs.

Negotiate lease terms

and accurately prepare all necessary documentation. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular market research to identify new trends and opportunities. Contribute to achieving set leasing targets.
