Oversee and manage all activities in relation to Aggregators performance: product catalogue, menu management, pricing, order processing, logistics, and Images to ensure across portals.
Drive the commercial strategy for e-commerce while work closely with marketing, content, and tech team to coordinate product and campaign launches to unlock the next level of growth
Measure, analyse, and document the KPIs of initiatives & executions to increase the ROI.
Build client communication strategy based on consumer data intelligence and insights.

Total Digital Strategy (Driving all F&B and Digital Storefront Optimization)
To assist in the implementation of additional digital channels for F&B
Drive property level campaign for each of the outlets that have a high retail value
Ensure that F&B outlets work with the respective food aggregator of their region or develope their own delivery methodology where possible.
Review the conversion KPI and implement strategies to help sales to improve responsiveness on aggregators.
To assist the revenue team at each property in maximizing revenue and yield through business trend analysis, highlighting areas of opportunity in digital and distribution strategies on an ongoing basis.
To monitor and control that the distribution through all channels is in line with the aggregator distribution strategy and closely monitor business shifts between channels (Channel Management).
To monitor and control that the Dynamic Pricing Strategies adhered to and promoted with global and local distribution partners.
Meet with digital and Operation Team partners to gain insight into best practices.
Work closely with the Marketing communications team for all Sales and Marketing activities over Digital and Online mediums.
To be familiar with the technical set-up of all relevant distribution channels or switches.
Experience: 2-3 Years
Experience in key account management of Aggregators / F&B E-commerce platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Zomato, Careem, Smiles App, Instashop, Noon Food and Eat Easily) in developing and overseeing and menu / catalogue management.
Strong marketing and tech background.
Knowledge of catalogue listing, Menu Manager optimization, A/B testing of Offers, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
