We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing In-Charge to lead and coordinate marketing initiatives for the entire group. The role involves developing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing branding, and ensuring consistent communication across all subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies across all Al Madar Holding business units Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertising Plan and execute corporate events, promotions, and public relations initiatives Coordinate marketing efforts with subsidiaries to generate leads, enhance visibility, and support business growth Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments Oversee content creation, branding, and communication strategies for the group Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign performance

Requirements:

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in diversified businesses or corporate groups Strong understanding of GCC markets and multi-industry marketing Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Fluent in Arabic & English preferred Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM, and analytics Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
