We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and result-driven
Marketing In-Charge
to lead the marketing activities for our FMCG retail stores and food brands, including coffee shops and sweets outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in branding, promotions, and digital marketing within the food & beverage or FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for FMCG, retail, coffee, and sweets brands.
Manage social media platforms and online marketing campaigns.
Plan promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Coordinate with store managers and operations for brand visibility.
Prepare marketing calendars, budgets, and performance reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Handle branding, packaging improvements, and POS materials.
Work closely with designers, agencies, and suppliers.
Support events, exhibitions, and collaborations.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in
FMCG, retail, coffee shops, or sweets industry
(preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Creative mindset with ability to generate new ideas.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office; basic design tools are a plus.
