The Marketing Head/Director will lead the marketing strategy and execution for the company's real estate projects. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, branding, and digital marketing skills to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Oversee brand management, positioning, and communications across all channels.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing).
Collaborate with sales, business development, and design teams to drive project launches and promotions.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
Manage budgets and measure ROI on all marketing initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
8-15 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with exposure to large-scale projects.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
