The Head of Real Estate is a pivotal leadership role within the retail and wholesale sector, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and management of the company's real estate portfolio in Dubai. This position requires a deep understanding of the local real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to align real estate strategies with the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals to ensure that the company's real estate investments are optimized for growth and profitability.
Responsibilities: * Develop and implement the overall real estate strategy in alignment with corporate goals.

• Manage the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of properties to maximize the company's portfolio value.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the real estate sector.
• Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with landlords and tenants to ensure favorable terms.
• Oversee property management functions to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and operational needs.
• Monitor and report on real estate market conditions and financial performance of the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning laws affecting real estate operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate brokers, developers, and government agencies.
• Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals to enhance their skills and performance.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in real estate management, preferably within the retail sector.
