What We're Looking For
We're hiring a
Marketing Generalist
to own and drive day-to-day marketing execution across all our brands.
This is not a "manage and approve" role. It's a
doer's role
--you'll ship content, write copy, build systems, launch experiments, and scale our presence across digital and real-world spaces.
You won't be stuck in a box. This role grows with your creativity, speed, and voice. If you're someone who moves fast, has good taste, and likes building things from zero--we want you.
What You'll Do
Create and manage content across Instagram, newsletters, and launch channels
Build collateral: reels, stories, menus, decks, flyers, brand docs
Write copy that feels alive--for social, landing pages, decks, packaging
Coordinate with brand owners, chefs, and the CEO to focus on what matters
Help shape decks and pitch materials for landlords, partners, and investors
Keep our content ops structured (Notion, folders, templates, asset libraries)
Support activations like bakery BBQs, Ramadan specials, and collabs
Highlight our commitment to clean ingredients and authentic experiences
Iterate, test, and improve fast--nothing sits in draft mode forever
You Are
A sharp communicator and natural writer
Curious, proactive, and fast to learn
Someone who Googles, builds, and ships before being asked
Fluent in tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Canva, Descript, Figma
Obsessed with clarity, detail, and getting it right
Able to shift tone between brands: warm and friendly for HayHay, refined and elevated for Bladi Beldi
Passionate about real food, clean ingredients, and thoughtful storytelling
You care more about building than about titles--you want your work to matter
Bonus If You...
Speak Arabic or French
Have launched your own project or brand before
Know how to shoot or edit simple video/photo content
Can build a basic landing page or set up an email campaign
