Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Marketing Executive

to lead our

organic content strategy

across all digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative execution and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Optimize website content, metadata, keywords, and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive qualified traffic across all company websites. Monitor SEO performance and implement best practices for continuous improvement. Plan, create, and publish compelling organic social media content that aligns with the brand voice and business goals. Regularly audit and refresh existing content for performance and engagement across all platforms. Execute marketing plans to promote Tarabichi Healthcare's services and brand. Track and report on organic metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights. Provide actionable insights to improve content effectiveness and generate more leads and appointment bookings. Liaise with the internal teams (marketing, sales, clinical, and admin) to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and seasonal focus areas. Provide backup support during events and launches, email campaigns, contributing to content, coordination, and social coverage as needed and provide general administrative support to the marketing department.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in SEO, organic content, or digital marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills In English. Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics), Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities Experience in healthcare or service-based industries is a plus
