Digital Marketing Executive- Growth Team Performance & Organic Marketing
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Executive

organic growth strategies

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple business verticals.
Develop insight-driven strategies to identify trends, optimize budgets, and improve ROI.
Manage agencies for user acquisition and retargeting via Google, Facebook, DV360, Search, Programmatic, and affiliates.
Define and track KPIs such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Conversion Rates, and CTR.
Continuously optimize ad creatives and targeting for Beter performance.
Oversee affiliate channels, ensuring quality leads and minimizing fraud.
Provide regular campaign reports, funnel analysis, and growth projections.
Organic Marketing
Create and implement organic growth strategies to boost brand visibility and drive traffic.
Optimize website and content for SEO (on-page and off-page).
Manage engaging content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track and refine organic efforts.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Grow social media presence organically, building community engagement and loyalty.
Ensure all content reflects Credon Capital's brand voice, values, and guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing with exposure to both paid and organic channels.
Strong understanding of paid marketing ecosystems, attribution models, and personalization.
Expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media growth.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and ad management platforms.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Creativity and proficiency in Canva design.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a bias for action.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Experience Requirements
Proven success in driving both paid and organic growth.
Hands-on experience with campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programme channels.
Portfolio or examples of past marketing work (to be provided upon request).
Salary Range - AED 3000 TO 3500

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
