We are seeking a motivated and organized

Marketing Executive

to support both offline and digital marketing activities of Shine Gold & Diamonds. The ideal candidate will assist in executing promotional campaigns, coordinating with creative and digital teams, and ensuring consistent brand visibility across all channels.

This position requires strong communication skills, good creative judgment, and a proactive attitude toward planning and execution.

Visa will be provided free of cost by the company for candidates outside of Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute

marketing campaigns and promotions

across all showrooms and digital platforms. Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop social media content ideas -- including posters, short videos, ad scripts, fun or engagement posts, and product promotions. Handle

offline marketing tasks

such as store branding, printing, signage, and campaign material distribution. Coordinate with vendors for

quotation, production, and timely delivery

of marketing materials. Collaborate with the e-commerce and design teams to maintain consistent visuals and messages across all channels. Identify and build corporate or institutional relationships (companies, hospitals, schools, etc.) for tie-ups, newsletters, or employee benefit offers -- including research, outreach, emailing, and follow-ups. Explore and implement methods to collect and organize new customer data, such as registration drives or website sign-ups, and assist in utilizing this data for ongoing customer retention and communication (updates, offers, etc.). Support in-store events, influencer collaborations, and live sales activities, ensuring all marketing aspects are well-coordinated. Maintain documentation, photos, and reports for marketing activities and campaigns. Track competitor activities and trends to identify potential marketing opportunities.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in retail or brand marketing

, with exposure to both offline and digital campaigns. Strong coordination, communication, and vendor management skills, with attention to detail and follow-up discipline. Good understanding of social media platforms, post scheduling, campaign planning, and boosting methods. Familiarity with data collection tools (Google Forms, CRM systems, or Excel) for managing customer databases and campaign leads. Ability to draft and send professional emails, proposals, and follow-ups with clients. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and WhatsApp Business tools. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, & ability to manage multiple tasks under supervision Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and provide regular reports, insights, and innovative strategies to the reporting manager. Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

The total package includes: basic salary, incentives, accommodation, transportation, and other benefits.

Salary Range

: QR 2000 - QR 3500 (with accommodation and transportation benefits)

Provided when the workplace is assigned beyond a reasonable commuting distance.

Final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience and interview performance.
