We are looking for an experienced

E-commerce Executive

to support the full setup, development, and daily operation of our upcoming jewelry e-commerce platform. The role requires hands-on involvement in website coordination, backend management, product listings, and operational workflows -- ensuring a seamless online shopping experience and smooth collaboration between marketing, logistics, and development teams.

Visa will be provided free of cost by the company for candidates outside of Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute the

complete setup of the e-commerce platform

, including platform structure, website development coordination, product categorization, inventory setup, order management systems, return/refund policies, integration of shipping/logistics partners, defining operational workflows, and optimizing the overall customer journey. Manage day-to-day

website operations

-- product uploads, pricing, descriptions, imagery, and overall website accuracy. Ensure the website is consistently updated, fully functional, and aligned with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase website traffic, conversions, and online sales performance. Handle

order processing

, fulfilment tracking, and coordination with courier/shipping partners. Work closely with the marketing team to support promotions, product launches, and digital campaigns. Identify and implement improvements across the customer journey -- checkout flow, payment gateway, returns, and after-sales experience. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Shopify/WooCommerce dashboards, and performance data to track and report e-commerce metrics. Understand and apply basic SEO principles, product tagging, and content optimization. Stay updated on emerging AI tools, automation, and e-commerce technology trends that could enhance efficiency or customer engagement. Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to support e-commerce campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in e-commerce platforms & operations,

preferably in retail, jewelry, or luxury brands. Proficient with Shopify, WooCommerce (WordPress), Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms. Working knowledge of SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms. Strong understanding of

inventory, order fulfilment, and logistics processes

. Knowledge of email marketing tools, newsletters, and WhatsApp business tools for customer engagement and communication. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and tools like Canva or similar content editing software. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and provide regular reports, insights, and innovative strategies to the reporting manager. Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

The total package includes: basic salary, incentives, accommodation, transportation, and other benefits.

Salary Range

: QR 2000 - QR 3500 (with accommodation and transportation benefits)

Provided when the workplace is assigned beyond a reasonable commuting distance.

Final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience and interview performance.
